Folk Music
Folk Music remains Andy’s first interest and he enjoys working at both Folk Clubs and Festivals. He has performed at many festivals including Whitby, Chester, Alcester, Chippenham, Bromyard, Four Fools, Broadstairs, Upton on Severn, Fishguard and Crediton solo as well as with the dance band Captain Swing, The Night Watch and Daring Young Men.
Traditional ballads are a favorite as well as music hall, comic songs and monologues. He accompanies himself on concertina, melodeon and banjo and regularly plays whistles and recorders. He has even been known to play bagpipes and other strange instruments.
